Qualifications

Bachelors degree in accounting, computer science, or a combination of education and relevant work experience. Familiarity with S/4HANA industry-specific solutions for non-profit, retail, finance, etc. Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in S/4HANA environments. Understanding S/4 HANA core architecture, including in-memory computing, data models, and integration points. Proficiency in data management techniques, including data provisioning, data replication, and data cleansing. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization – to both technical and business audiences; excellent documentation and written communication skills (SOP manuals, workbook updates, creating support tickets, etc.)

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

  This position serves as the technical contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with systems administration work, including data validation, testing of system changes, performing audits, identifying process improvement opportunities, and special ad-hoc requests.

  • Oversee the daily administration, and execute support ticket intake and resolution process for the SAP S/4 HANA
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to internal S/4 system users.  
  • Maintain functional knowledge of accounting processes and platforms and understanding integration points and system dependencies.
  • Interact with end users to understand business requirements, prepare functional specifications, create documents, and test solutions.
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and support accounting projects to improve the accounting user experience. 
  • Identify how changes to the configuration will impact end-user experience.
  • May be asked to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for our retail and payroll applications.
