MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and professional HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team! Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources is required. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in an HR or talent acquisition role. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and labor market trends. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. HR certifications are a plus but not required.

 

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Assist in creating and executing recruitment marketing strategies to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive reputation as an employer on social media, including Glassdoor and LinkedIn.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
