MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and professional HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team! Qualifications

 

  • BS/BA degree in Human Resources or strongly related field required.
  • MA/MS degree in Human Resources preferred.
  • Two years of HR experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and/or experience working with the HRIS database.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail orientated and able to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and independent transportation required.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

 

  • Management collaboration identifying hiring needs as well as assisting in the creation of a hiring plan that attracts, hires, and retains employees.
  • Create and publish employment opportunities, interview candidates, and seek out new community hiring relationships.
  • Must ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Assists the Sr. Director of Recruiting in establishing Key Performance Indicators, including hiring and fulfillment timeline.
  • Ongoing research in identifying new candidates from external job postings, resume databases, professional networking, and referrals.
  • Assist the Sr. Director of Recuriting in maintaining a positive reputation as an employer withing social media, including Glassdoor and LinkedIn.
  • Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs, when necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
