Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or 5 years of human resources work experience exceeding 1,000 employees.

 

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

  • Conducting internal agency investigations and responding to UI inquiries.
  • Managing employee FMLA and ADA requests for agency leave records.
  • Must ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Respond to Unemployment Insurance (UI) inquiries and maintain detailed records on hearing outcomes.
  • Conduct investigations to determine violations of company policies and procedures.
  • Review HR agency documents for accuracy before submission.
  • Assist with quarterly and annual EEOC reporting.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
