MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and professional BluePrint Program Manager to join our Training team! The BluePrint Program Manager will lead the implementation and growth of BluePrint, MERS Goodwill’s internal employee support program designed to promote well-being, retention, and growth. BluePrint helps employees break down barriers, build stability, and achieve their goals, personally and professionally. The Manager will oversee program operations, guide a team of Specialists, and travel regularly between assigned sites to ensure employees receive on-site, hands-on support where they need it most. Qualifications
- Training, Education, and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education, Psychology, Social Work, Business, or relevant field required, Master’s degree preferred. Three years of experience supervising staff. Three years of experience in coaching, case management, or workforce development.
- Computer and Software: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft applications required; case management software experience preferred.
- License, Skills, and Certifications: Valid state driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required. Must be able to travel within territory (Missouri, Southern Illinois, and Eastern Kansas). Ability to obtain/maintain certifications is required, such as Mental Health First Aid and Financial Health Counselor. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Flexible schedule availability to meet employees during shifts.
- Physical and Sensory Demands: Occasional lifting of objects up to 20 pounds. Subject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, and pulling. Work is routinely performed in a variety of work environments including some non-temperature-controlled environments.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and train BluePrint Specialists to ensure they are well-prepared to deliver impactful, confidential support to employees.
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and professional development to promote continuous growth and engagement.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings to review caseload, address challenges, offer guidance, and promote accountability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the BluePrint program to ensure timely, consistent, and confidential service delivery across all participating locations.
- Guide and monitor all processes, including intake, Pathways Assessment, My BluePrint goal setting, resource mapping, and follow-up coaching, as well as reporting program usage and outcomes.
- Carry a caseload of employees to remain involved in program delivery and model best practices for the BluePrint team.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for escalated or complex cases, ensuring timely, compassionate, and solution-focused responses.
- Track and report program usage, participation rates, and employee outcomes, including stability changes, utilization rates, and retention impact.
- Implement outreach strategies and methodologies to increase program awareness, education, and engagement, including digital communications, informational sessions, and printed materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal departments to coordinate and integrate support efforts.
- Coordinate regularly with managers to maintain alignment with staffing schedules and ensure availability during employee shifts.
- Ensure strict confidentiality protocols are in place and followed in all aspects of the BluePrint program, including data storage, employee records, and support discussions.
- Reinforce employee autonomy and ensure all participation is voluntary.
